Cooking book featuring the career of reputed catalan chefs Carles Gaig, Jordi Herrera, Xavier Franco and Òscar Teixidó, including personal interviews and all 12 recipes that were explained during the pairing course organized by Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Queso Mahón-Menorca, with the aim to promote the immense potential of the Mahon-Menorca cheese in the kitchen.

L'illa Diagonal is an important shopping centre from Barcelona that every year organizes L'illa d'Art, a contemporary art exhibition whose works can also be bought and seen on its catalogue.
I managed the layout design and all the key stages of the production process including attendance to photo shoots and press checks, ensuring the highest standard of the project.
